Product Introduction

High-voltage Shenyang three-phase asynchronous motors (center height 335-630 mm). The power rating, installation dimensions, and electrical performance of this series of motors meet the national standard GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Motors" and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standard. The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each part of this series of motors conform to national standards GB1800-1804 and the National Standardization Committee ISO standard.

      Protection Level

The protection level of this series of motors is IP23 and IP44. Other protection levels, such as IP24 and IP54, can be negotiated separately if required by the customer.

       Cooling Method

According to the standards of GB1993 and IEC34-6 "Motor Cooling Methods," this series of motors has three cooling methods: IC01, IC611, and IC81W. Other cooling methods can be negotiated separately if required by the user. The motor adopts a box structure. The motor frame is made of a welded steel box structure, which is lightweight and has good rigidity. There are window holes on both sides and the top of the motor frame, which can be fitted with a protective cover or cover plate. After removing the protective cover or cover plate, the inside of the motor can be observed and accessed, facilitating maintenance and repair of the motor.

The YR series is the basic series with a protection level of IP23. By removing its protective cover and cover plate and installing different top covers and cover plates on the top and sides of the motor frame, motors with various protection methods and cooling methods can be formed.
